Each class will feature a flow of movement designed to assist you to become more aware of how you use your body & energy. No prior movemnt experience is necessary. Comfortable clothes & soft or athletic shoes are suggested.

Evolutionary Journey Group (for women & men)
facilitated by Vishara Veda
Sunday, February 12th, 3:00 - 5:30 or 6:00 p.m.
$12 (no one turned away)
This opportunity is designed to attract co-creative, surrendered individuals who live a life primarily dedicated to spiritual awakening.
Because there is a fundamental resistance in the ego to go beyond the mind - to loose control, this is not always a 'feel good' path. It is a journey of releasing the story of who we have known ourselves to be and embracing a deeper truth which resides in all of us awaiting our attention.
The Evolutionary Journey Group began in September and continues with the original group. New participants will be welcomed for the next session on the 12th after which the group will be closed to new people for several months. This is to allow for a deeper level of trust to be established before new energies are added to the mix. If your inner voice calls you forward, please join us.

What if the solution to the world's problems was right in front of us all along?"
With a film crew of four, movie director Tom Shadyac visits some of today's great minds, including authors, poets, teachers, religious leaders and scientists searching for the fundamental endemic problem that causes all of the other problems, while simultaneously reflecting on his own life choices of excess, greed and eventual healing.
"We started by asking what's wrong with the world, and ended up discovering what's right with it.." - Tom Shadyac
